The 12th Madurai International Documentary and Short Film Festival 2010 will be held from 7 -11 December 2010 at The Madura College, Madurai.
The festival is being organised in association with Media Research Centre, Department of Philosophy, The Madura College, Madurai along with other supporting organisations such as SIRD, EKTA, EVIDENCE, PEAL
and IDEAS.
Around 100 short films, documentaries and animation films from within and outside India will be screened. It is a non-competitive festival with no entry fee.

Foundation, New Delhi
Parallel art and literature events:
1) Interaction with a writer every day at 3 p.m.
2) Painting and photo exhibition for 5 days
3) Theatre and music performances on the opening and closing days.
The festival package will be taken around to many cities, towns and
villages of Tamilnadu over a period of six months between January and
June 2011.
